Facilities abound in renovated pavilion

The upgraded pavilion.

The Singleton Reserve pavilion is back open and looking better than ever.
The City of Casey officially reopened the Endeavour Hills facility on Friday 21 July following a $390,000 facelift.
The change room facilities are now female-friendly and there are new public toilets, an all-abilities toilet and shower, kitchen equipment, cabinetry and benches, storage space and a paved area for spectators.
City of Casey Mayor Sam Aziz said sport, recreation and open space were an integral part of the municipality, and an important part of a well-balanced lifestyle.
“This fantastic redevelopment will assist the Endeavour Hills Junior Football Club, Hallam Kolara Park Cricket Club and the Saint Patrick Knights Cricket Club, who all use this facility,” he said.
Cr Aziz thanked the State Government for its $100,000 contribution to the project.
