Gang surrounds and robs victim

POLICE are searching for a group of men who allegedly surrounded and robbed a man in Dandenong.
Greater Dandenong CIU Detective Senior Constable Tony Lavars said the 24-year-old was walking along Jones Road about 1am on 13 February.
The men approached, surrounded him and demanded his mobile phone.
Sen Const Lavars said the man handed over the phone in fear and the group left.
He urged anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
