Real Macca’s fracas at the drive-through

A 17-YEAR-OLD has been further remanded following an incident at Berwick McDonald’s on Thursday.
A Berwick teen who did not have a driver’s licence was found at the McDonald’s drive-through by police in what was suspected to be a stolen car.
Police tried to intercept him on foot before he allegedly drove at them and collided with one police member, who did not sustain any injuries.
He proceeded to drive out of the fast food premises, hitting three other vehicles on the way out.
He escaped but was later arrested by police on Monday and charged with a number of offences, including conduct endangering life and evading police.
He was remanded and appeared in court on Tuesday where he was further remanded.
He is next scheduled to appear in the Melbourne Childrens’ Court on 16 April.
