The iPad was found at the intersection of Lauriston Drive and Plumpton Court in Endeavour Hills and handed in on Sunday.
The lock screen shows two adults making silly faces and a toddler in the back seat.
“We would love to return it to its owner,” read a statement on the Casey Eyewatch page.
