THIS alleged thief left with nothing but gained a court appearance.
The male entered a Hallam home on Regal Avenue around 11am on Thursday 28 July, before being disturbed by the homeowner who had arrived home.
He escaped through the back door but was later traced by police to a property also in Hallam.
The 40-year-old criminal was charged with burglary and drug offences and was bailed to the Dandenong Magistrates’ Court.
