WELCOME to the first edition of the new Journal News.
The Journal News combines the best of the Berwick News and the Dandenong Journal to create a newspaper that is focused on and delivered exclusively into Doveton, Endeavour Hills, Eumemmerring and Hallam.
Every week readers will be kept up to date with the latest news, politics, community events, opinon, entertainment and sport across these four suburbs and beyond.
The Journal News will also keep readers informed about important regional events and issues that affect the City of Greater Dandenong and the City of Casey.
The launch of the Journal News continues Star News Group’s proud tradition of publishing quality local newspapers across Melbourne’s south-east.
Star News Group is a family owned company, founded more than 100 years ago.
Its stable of newspapers also includes the Pakenham Gazette, the Dandenong Journal, the Berwick News and the Cranbourne News.
We hope you enjoy the Journal News and we welcome feedback, suggestions, news tips, social media comments and letters to the editor.
