Sleeping driver wakes to car nightmare

A HALLAM resident had his BMW stolen from his home last week while he was sleeping.
It’s believed an intruder entered the Nettle Drive property overnight on Monday 20 October through an unlocked window and took the resident’s car keys before making off in his black 2002 X5 BMW, with the registration RWA 938.
It’s understood the occupant was asleep at that time and never saw the intruder.
