A MAN has been bashed while walking home along a Narre Warren bike track in the early hours of the morning.
The victim was walking on the bike track between Parkhill Drive and the Monash Freeway around 3.30am on Sunday 8 February when he was ambushed by five men who demanded he hand over his property.
When he refused, the attackers, described as Middle-Eastern in appearance, punched and kicked the victim.
He was later taken to Casey Hospital where he was treated for injuries.
