HOONS were reported speeding up the Princes Highway in Hallam last week after more than 300 people had gathered for a drag race in Dandenong South.
It’s understood hundreds of people had gathered for the drag race in National Drive around 11pm on Thursday 19 February before they were dispersed by police and fled to Hallam where they continued to drive dangerously.
