Gang smashes house

A GROUP of youths wearing balaclavas and wielding machetes and bats has smashed up a Doveton house while a victim was inside.
It’s understood the gang swarmed on the Cootamundra Street property just before midnight on Monday 23 March, smashing the front door and windows.
A car parked in the driveway also had its windows shattered in the attack.
The offenders aren’t believed to have entered the house.
