Night park attack

A MAN was knocked unconscious and robbed while walking through central Dandenong with friends on a Friday night.
He was with friends near James and Gerard streets about 10.40pm on 17 April when someone struck him from behind, knocking him out.
The attacker then stole his wallet and phone.
An ambulance took him to Dandenong Hospital with lacerations and swelling to his face and head.
