SHOTGUN raiders have stormed a late night poker game at the back of a barber shop in Endeavour Hills and made off with $1000 in cash.
Two masked men – both wearing gloves and bandanas over their faces and one wielding a shotgun – busted in through the back door of the Heatherton Road barber shop about 10pm on Sunday 26 April and yelled at the dozen poker players to get on the floor.
Most of the players fled out the front door of the store, but several others dropped to the ground.
The offenders stole roughly $1000 but it is unknown whether they fled on foot or by car.
A police spokeswoman said it was likely the offenders were known to at least one of the poker players.
No one was injured in the incident.
