AN Endeavour Hills man’s licence has been suspended after police allegedly caught him drink-driving in Bonnie Doon on Sunday.
State Highway Patrol East officers were breath testing drivers on the Maroondah Highway as part of Operation Regal when they intercepted a Mazda ute about noon on 7 June.
The 26-year-old driver registered a preliminary reading of .102, had his license suspended immediately and will be charged on summons with drink-driving related offences.
Operation Regal focused on road safety over the Queen’s Birthday long weekend.
