Big theft at car wash

A MAN has stolen $2500 from Yozzy Car Wash and Kebab in Doveton.
Police said he forced entry to the Princes Highway and Power Road business between 3.30am and 4.30am on Monday 18 May.
They allege he smashed a side window, went through cupboards and tills and stole about $2500 in cash.
Police believe the crime could be related to two burglaries carried out earlier that morning at the Hampton Park Newsagency and Uncle Bucks Discount Store in Hampton Park.
He’s described as male and Caucasian and was wearing a dark hooded top covering his face, a blue jacket and pants.
Police said the jacket was distinctive and they hoped someone might be able to identify the thief.
Call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or Detective Senior Constable Michelle Chiang at Casey CIU on 9705 3170 with any information.
