$1million family is a quick pick winner

ONE lucky family is now $1 million richer after purchasing a quick pick for $8.55 at the Hallam Square News and Lotto.
The winners purchased an unregistered 12 game quick pick for the $22 million Superdraw on Saturday 20 June.
Manager at the store Gabriel Carr said the winner is a regular customer who buys TattsLotto every week.
“They usually buy on their own numbers and on their registered card,” he said, but the millionaires mixed up their routine and it sure did pay off.
Mr Carr said the first game on the quick pick was the winning game.
“It’s an amazing experience especially when you see the customer and you get to tell them the good news,” he said.
This isn’t the first time the Hallam Square News and Lotto has won first division, Mr Carr said this is the store’s fifth win of the kind.
“We have been open here for about 13 years and a lot of people are hearing about it and coming in – more people are buying TattsLotto,” he said.
