Man hit over head with rock

POLICE have arrested an Endeavour Hills man after he struck another man in the head with a rock in broad daylight.
The victim was walking along Heatherton Road, in Endeavour Hills, when he was confronted by another man and a fight was started about 4pm on Saturday 4 July.
It’s alleged the man picked up a rock and struck the victim to the head.
The victim was rushed to Dandenong Hospital and treated for minor injuries.
A 33-year-old Endeavour Hills man was arrested in relation to the incident and has been charged with recklessly causing injuries and other assault offences.
