A MAN has been caught in Dandenong driving an unregistered car without a licence.
The 32-year-old Upwey man was caught by police while driving erratically on the Princes Highway about 1am on Friday.
The man is also expected to be charged with drug driving after he returned a positive test.
His car has been impounded.
