Customer satisfaction at its best

HALLAM tax accountants are keeping their clients happy and contented.
The H&R Block branch made the top 20 offices for customer satisfaction from 440 Australia-wide.
Australia’s largest firm of tax accountants conducts national customer satisfaction ratings every year.
“We are delighted with the positive impact our staff have on our customers’ lives and the heartfelt gratitude they show in their feedback in our survey forms, which form the basis of our national surveys,” H&R Block managing director Brodie Dixon said.
H&R Block works with international customer feedback and research group CustomerGauge to formulate the survey and analyse the responses.
