Three kids unrestrained in car

A MAN has been caught driving down the Monash Freeway in Doveton with three unrestrained kids in the car.
The 34-year-old Southbank man was seen weaving in and out of traffic about 3.30pm on Friday 11 September by a witness who alerted police.
It’s alleged a 27-year-old woman, also from Southbank, was in the front passenger seat holding a one-year-old, while a three-year-old was standing between the driver and the front passenger, and a third child was in the back without a seatbelt.
Police later caught the driver at a shopping centre.
He was stopped from driving any further and was issued with several penalty notices.
