MEGAN Quinn has built a career in luxury.
The Net-A-Porter co-founder will share experiences from her 25-year career at the final Casey Cardinia Business Breakfast for the year.
Inside Retail in 2013 named Ms Quinn the 15th most powerful woman in Australian retail.
She specialises in the luxury end of retailing, advertising, publishing and design for the fashion, jewellery, hotel and airline industries.
Today she’s a non-executive director of UNICEF Australia and Specialty Fashion Group, and an Ambassador for Fitted For Work.
Her role with Net-A-Porter’s launch in 2000 was to direct the luxury online shopping hub’s brand development.
As creative director, she designed the packaging, directed the website design and editorial, and was a member of the buying team.
As human resources director she hired, trained and managed all staff.
The breakfast will run from 6.45am to 9am on Wednesday 25 November at Cardinia Cultural Centre, Lakeside Boulevard, Pakenham.
