Equity doubled for Mossgiel

MOSSGIEL Park Primary School will be one of many state schools which will share in additional equity funding from the State Government.
Narre Warren North MP Luke Donnellan visited Mossgiel on Friday as the Endeavour Hills primary school is set to receive $249,103 in equity funding for 2015, compared to $123,175 the previous year.
He said the extra money was part of $158 million in equity funding being delivered to Victorian schools in 2016.
“The Andrews Labor Government has got on with the job of building the Education State so that students in classrooms across the Narre Warren North electorate all get the chance at a great education,” Mr Donnellan said.
“I commend staff for their commitment to their students. Mossgiel Park Primary School is a great example of how Victorian children are being supported to reach their full potential.”
