A MAN has been charged over a fatal crash in Hallam last year.
The 35-year-old Croydon man was arrested on Wednesday 10 February following an investigation into a three-car crash on the on-ramp of the South Gippsland Freeway in September.
About 7.30am on Saturday 12 September a cement truck crashed end to end with two cars and the male driver of the middle car died shortly after in hospital.
The Croydon man was charged with one count each of culpable driving, dangerous driving causing death, reckless conduct endangering life, possessing amphetamine and careless driving.
He was bailed to appear at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on 19 February.
