New push to solve murder

POLICE have set up an information caravan in Doveton this morning to help solve a woman’s murder in 2014.
Rani Featherston was found dead with multiple stab wounds in Lace Street, Doveton, about 7am on Wednesday 2 April that year.
Homicide Squad detectives have also released a photo of Ms Featherston as well as CCTV footage of her in a business premises in Robinson Street the day before her killing.
Police say the Doveton woman may have been with a man around the Oleander Street area on the evening before her body was discovered.
The information caravan was set up in Oleander Street at 9am.
Police are seeking further information on Ms Featherston’s movements or the identity of the man.
