Bad sport makes off with footy club cash

THE Doveton Football Netball Club had thousands of dollars stolen from its Frawley Road address.
An offender ransacked the office space and stole $2000 in cash between 10pm on Thursday 2 June and 11.30am on Monday 6 June.
The burglar jemmied open a rear timber door of the clubrooms and turned the power and alarm off before entering the office.
