Homicide Squad detectives are investigating the death of a man in Endeavour Hills.
Police were called to crisis-housing accommodation on Monteith Crescent about 2pm on Sunday 15 August.
The man died at the scene. As of that evening, he had yet to be formally identified.
Another man was arrested at the site and was being questioned by police.
The men are believed to have known each other, police say.
A crime scene was declared by investigators.
