CFA checks for gas leak after car ploughs into shop

A WOMAN has been rushed to Dandenong Hospital after a car ploughed through the rear of a chemist shop at Hallam this afternoon.
CFA units are on scene conducting “air monitoring” after reports of a gas leak following the crash, which occurred just before 3.30pm on Princes Domain Drive.
The woman was taken to Dandenong Hospital in a stable condition.
A CFA spokesperson said there were currently three trucks at the incident.
