Drug trafficking charges

A six-month drug trafficking investigation ended with an arrest in Endeavour Hills.

Southern Metropolitan Division 3 Divisional Response Unit detectives executed two warrants in the suburb about 4.30am on Wednesday 6 June.

They arrested a 48-year-old Endeavour Hills man at one of the addresses and charged him with trafficking a drug of dependence, possessing a prohibited weapon and possessing fireworks.

He was bailed to appear at Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on 2 August.

The warrants followed a six-month investigation into drug trafficking within the Southern Metropolitan Division.
