Two Endeavour Hills sisters will be gracing the runway for Kidz Fashion Week, one striking a pose on the catwalk and the other singing as the half-time act.
Paris Marie, 13, and sister Eden, 6, are excitedly preparing for the charity event at Malvern Town Hall this month.
Eden has been chosen to model TV personality Natalie Bassingthwaighte’s children’s line called Cheeky.
She’ll be wearing a black and white T-shirt and skirt combination and says she’s “nerv-cited” to be hitting the stage – a mixture of nervous and excited.
“I get to show off all my cool poses,” she told the Journal News, adding that she liked gymnastics.
This is Eden’s second year in the show, following in the footsteps of sister Paris.
Paris has been in the show three times as a model, but now finds herself holding the mic as the interval act.
She famously joined her godfather Gary Pinto for Carols by Candlelight at the age of seven and has been getting steady singing gigs ever since.
She has been giving sister Eden some tips while she practices her pop medley.
“I just walk around my house annoying my family singing,” she said.
Mum Natalie says she’s happy to be keeping her children focused and busy with some extracurricular activities.
“It’s good fun,” she says, adding she’ll be cheering from the audience for her two girls.
Last year Paris, Eden and her son Pharell were chosen to model in the event.
Seems it runs in the blood.
